SOCCER REGISTRATION FORMS

• The forms will be at the school, town office and online starting in February 2012.
• You can down the forms HERE and print them out if you like.
• You can pre-register at the town prior to March 3, 2012
• $20 LATE FEE for any registration after March 3, 2012.
• We will be offering local businesses to sponsor local teams!
• The business will have their logo on the back of each soccer shirt
• Season runs May 1 -June 23
